How long will my order take to arrive?
Within 15 to 20 working days of approving your layout, with free shipping wherever you are.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide, shipping is free on every order, and we pay the customs duties too.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. We pay the customs duties on every order, so there's nothing more to pay when it arrives.
How do I check on my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If it hasn't arrived, send us your order number using the form above and we'll look into it.
Can I make changes after I've ordered?
Yes, until you approve your layout. You'll see the full design before anything is made, and we'll make any changes you ask for. Once you approve it, it goes into production and can no longer be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can't be cancelled once they're placed, because every piece is made for you. You can change anything in your layout until you approve it.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Choose "Bulk or corporate order" in the form, tell us roughly how many pieces you need, and we'll come back to you with options.
Who designs my album?
Our designers do. Within 24 hours of your order, we send you a private link to upload your photographs. We arrange them into a layout, send it to you for approval and make any changes you ask for before it goes into production.
